Suzanne is an Aboriginal woman a Dharug Nation descendant. She is a Newcastle University Graduate with a Bachelor Teaching/Arts with majors in Special Education (Behaviour) and Linguistics. Suzanne is currently studying a Bachelor Business/Laws (Hons) at Newcastle University.
Suzanne is currently the Indigenous Representative on the University of Newcastle Laws Student Association, Convenor for the University of Newcastle`s Environment Collective and a Committee member for The Newcastle Climate Change Response Group. An Indigenous Environmental activist and member of the Greens Political Party, Suzanne is working to keep Indigenous issues associated with the loss of connection to our Earth in both the public sphere and in the minds of our Government aiming for policy changes to occur. |
